Cleanest Lamb in Australia?

Greenaces is a regenerative, certified biodynamic farm with a mix of open grazing pastures, pockets of forest, and a large spring-fed dam, providing exceptional growing conditions. Farmer, Johnathan Yencken, is a soil savant, and as such, his lambs grow bigger with a depth of flavour that is second to none. Not only does it taste great, but it's possibly the purest and cleanest lamb in the country.

Strictly limited numbers. These will sell very quickly.

During the checkout process, you can let us know how you prefer your lamb to be cut. Each cut will be vacuum sealed and carefully packed. Being vacuum sealed, you can safely freeze your meat without risk of freezer burn.

Please note that since we prepare your lamb to order, we cannot amend your choice of cuts after you place your order. Please choose carefully.

  • Free-range Poulty

    DELICIOUS AND ETHICALLY RAISED

    Our chickens are fresh, plump, accredited free-range birds are delivered from the farm near Bendigo. Air-chilled for better skin crispness, you are not paying for excess water. These are delicious and ethical chooks.

    Throughout the year, we also stock the exceptional regeneratively farmed Bundarra chicken, free-range duck and Deutscher turkey.

  • Free-Range Pork

    OTWAY PORK - WESTERN DISTRICT

    We only use Otway Pork raised on farms in the Wimmera and Western Victoria where the pigs are free to roam, root and wallow in paddocks, they’re healthier and happier, naturally. The farms are managed with ethical farming techniques and pasture rotation techniques that leave the land in better shape. Read more about them here.
